About alocal
Edinburgh, through local eyes.
alocal is an Edinburgh-based concierge and discovery service. We help visitors skip the generic guide and spend their time in the places locals actually go.
We work with trusted restaurants, bars, venues, guides and transport providers, and only recommend places we'd take our own friends.
Edinburgh comes first. Other cities will follow once we've got this one right.
Local first
Recommendations come from people who live here.
Honest
If it isn't worth your time, we won't suggest it.
Personal
Your trip, your budget, your pace.
